How do you refine the search?
Simply add more characters into the search terms you have already entered. This will result in a smaller subset of equivalence terminologies.
What are the minimum requirements of characters for the query?
At least 3 characters in search box.
What are the method of searches available?
There are four (4) different methods of search
Exact Phrase: This will find an exact phrase in the database
All the Words: This will find all the words in any order
Any Words: This will find any of the words
Perfect Field Match: This will match a field in the database exactly

Spell Check as you Type
Why implement Spell Check As You Type for browsers?
The functionality of spell as you type is available for Firefox and Chrome but not in Internet Explorer (IE10 and above now provides a spell checker. Beginning November 30, 2020, the Microsoft Teams web app will no longer support IE 11). The spell project started as Spell Check As You Type (SCAYT) in 2009 and since 2010 as Online Spell As You Type. Online Spell Check As You Type provides spelling in english or Bahasa Melayu and also provide spelling in science and engineering.
Does the Online Spell Check As You Type work for non-IE browsers?
Non-IE clients can use the Spell Check As You Type.
How will words that are misspelt shown by Online Spell Check As you Type?
Misspelt words are underlined by a squiggly red line.
